I took my iPhone 6 in for a screen replacement, battery replacement and new ear piece speaker. Unfortunately, though the job was well done and it included a free screen protector, the screen went blank after its first recharge. The staff at North Coast Cellular were very sympathetic to my situation and spend a huge amount of time and effort trying to sort out the problem. Ultimately I had to replace the phone with an upgrade to the iPhone 7. However, after further perseverance they managed to get my old iPhone 6 working again. Earlier, they had offered to remove all the parts fitted and offered to refund me in full for all these parts. So now I am very happy as I have two good phones and it is due to the fantastic service and commitment from the staff at North Coast Cellular. Well done and thank you.
